1) PLAN YOUR VISIT
- Check hours of operation and holiday hours for the Space Needle & Chihuly Garden and Glass.
- Explore daily programs at Chihuly Garden and Glass and the all-new Space Needle experience to make the most of your visit.
2) Redeem your ticket
Complete the online form at least 72 hours before visiting. Submit your preferred visit date & time and your contact information, and our team will email your tickets in advance of your visit. Tickets can be requested up to 30 days in advance.
Vouchers can also be redeemed at the Space Needle ticket office or Chihuly Garden and Glass admissions desk upon arrival (redeeming your voucher online in advance is highly recommended).
3) KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Don't forget to bring the following when you visit:
- Gift cards - Included with your Costco ticket package to use on food & beverage, retail purchases, or additional tickets.
- Tickets - Our team will email your ticket confirmation within 72 hour after you complete the online form. Tickets can be printed, or displayed on your phone.
- Mask & proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test - Learn more about the current mask policy and the prescreening process for a quick and easy arrival.
Other tips:
- Gift cards are only accepted on-site (no online purchases)
- Purchasing additional tickets - If you are purchasing additional tickets, we recommend redeeming your Costco ticket voucher first. Upon arrival, our team will help you purchase additional tickets for the same date/time as your online order. You are also welcome to purchase additional tickets online (gift cards cannot be used or redeemed online).
