Tickets can be redeemed at the City Sightseeing booth outside of the Space Needle on Broad St.

  1. Do I need to book sightseeing in advance?
    Yes! Guests are required to book our tours in advance.
  2. What is your cancellation policy?
    Tickets purchased through the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass are non-refundable.
  3. Are tours canceled if it rains?
    Absolutely not! Seattle is well-known for its rainy weather, and our tours run rain or shine. Don’t forget to bring along an umbrella!
  4. Can I change my reservation after booking?
    No, once your ticket is redeemed with City Sightseeing, you will be assigned a seat on the next available tour.
  5. Are your tours wheelchair accessible?
    Please call our office directly at 206-829-9267 for more information about ADA accommodations.
  6. What languages are tours offered in?
    Currently, our Guided and Hop On Hop Off Seattle tours are conducted entirely in English.
  7. Where does my tour depart from?
    Our meeting place is at 600 Broad St in front of the Space Needle and across from Hyatt House Seattle. We do not offer hotel pick-ups.
  8. Are children allowed to travel by themselves?
    No. At least 1 adult must book and travel with any children under the age of 12.
  9. What should I bring on the tour?
    • Camera or video camera
    • Water bottle
    • Comfortable walking shoes
    • Comfortable clothing for the weather
    • Umbrella for rain or shade
    • Money (or credit card) for additional purchases
  10. What should I wear?
    Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather depending on the season. Check the weather prior to arrival in Seattle. Bring an umbrella or rain jacket just in case of unexpected inclement weather.
  11. Are meals included?
    No. Meals are not provided on tours or Hop On Hop Off Seattle service. Breaks will be given throughout the day in order for guests to purchase something to eat on their own.
  12. Are animals allowed on tours?
    With the exception of registered service dogs, no pets are allowed on board.
  13. What is your smoking policy?
    Per Washington State law, smoking is not permitted in any public area or on board vessels and buses.
